Check-In Steps
✔️ Head to any check-in kiosk and enter your phone number.
✔️ Select your child’s name and check them in.
✔️ Print and place the security tags on your child’s back and on the diaper bag.
✔️ Keep the matching security sticker for pickup.
✔️ Fill out the check-in sheet with any special instructions, including allergies or feeding needs.

FAQ
What if my child needs to stay with me?
No problem! You are welcome to keep your little one with you. As a courtesy to young families, we have a Family Room available so you can watch the service while your child plays.

Where can I change my child’s diaper?
There is a changing table available in the Family Room, and there are also changing tables in the Nursing Room and the Men’s Room.

Is there a place for nursing moms?
Yes! Our Nursing Room is a comfortable, designated space just for you and your baby. The service will be streaming so you can watch as you care for your child.

What if my child needs me during the service?
We will send you a text to the phone number on file, so please keep your phone on vibrate just in case.

How do you handle allergies?
Your child’s safety is our priority! Please let us know about any allergies when checking in your child, and mark the allergy box on the check-in sheet so we can take the necessary precautions.

What if I can’t pick up my child?
You can send someone else, but they will need to have the check-out sticker to ensure a safe pickup.

What is the child-to-caregiver ratio?
We make sure each child gets the attention they need!
Infants & Crawlers: 1 caregiver for every 2 kids
Walkers & Two-Year-Olds: 1 caregiver for every 4 kids

What should I do if I need to bring my child in a car seat or stroller? For safety reasons, nurseries cannot accept children in car seats or strollers. However, both can be stored near the nursing room.
